Yes, we do offer a rain guarantee. If it rains within 24 hours of a recently completed job, then we can schedule an appointment to come back and touch up affected outside windows. Does not include dew condensation.

There are several factors that determine the speed to which your carpet will be completely dry. It will vary from 4 hours to 24 hours, but it depends on how much humidity is in the air, how much air circulation is in the room, room temperature and time of season. It also depends on how much dirt the carpet contains, as more dirt will require more water and solution. If you are concerned about the the drying time, ask our team when they are on site working and they will be better able to provide a more accurate drying time based.

No, we don't. Using water-fed long poles can potentially leak into your building or home. The constant flow of water will find cracks and crevices to get into and leak inside. If you can't guarantee that your window are air tight, you will likely end up with some leaking. Using water-fed poles can also create delayed drips and water runs after service is complete. We prefer to use the squeegee method where water is limited and manually applied to your windows in small amounts. Water-fed poles are not good at getting out those stubborn water stains. Squeegees also result in much cleaner nicer looking windows.
